Laundry service

Fresh laundry, made easy: scan the QR code, select your items and
book a collection. Put your laundry in the laundry bag – we’ll collect it directly from
your room and return it clean.

Collection: daily between 8 am and 10 am
Return: by 6 pm the following day

Prices per item: T-shirt €4, shirt or blouse €6, trousers €8, underwear or pair of socks €2

Washing and folding included; shirts and blouses are also ironed. No dry cleaning.

Wake-up call

Scan the QR code and set your wake-up call for the time you require.
We’ll wake you up free of charge via your room telephone. You can change or cancel your booking up to
30 minutes beforehand.

Extra cushions & blankets

Fancy a bit more cosiness? Order extra cushions or blankets free of charge
using the QR code. We’ll deliver them to your room daily between 8 am and 10 pm within
about 30 minutes – subject to availability.
